WHAT IS YOGALATES?

Yogalates combines yoga and Pilates to enhance flexibility, core strength, and mindfulness in a balanced, low-impact workout. Developed by Louise Solomon in the 1990s, Yogalates integrates breathwork, alignment, and core activation for a holistic movement experience.

  • Flexibility and elasticity of muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc.

I’m Phoenixx — self-love coach, creatrix, and your guide back into your body.

 

​I’ve been teaching movement and fitness since 2018, after completing my 200hr YTT in India and Fitness Instructor certification in 2020. Since then, I’ve taught across just about every space you can imagine — private sessions, yoga studios, traditional classes, events, retreats, festivals, online, outdoor, heated rooms … and, even on yachts.

 

My classes blend various yoga styles with something deeper: embodiment, confidence, and connection.

 

This isn’t about perfect poses, but about how you feel in your body. My teaching style is bold, homey, and a little bit cheeky.

 

Expect strength, softness, laughter, and moments that remind you just how powerful you actually are.​

 

You don’t need to be flexible.

You don’t need to be experienced.

You just need to show up — exactly as you are.

And we’ll literally make moves from there.
