​I'm not your average wellness coach.
And this is not your average course.

​

I'm Phoenixx — holistic coach, movement mentor, breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher (RYT-550), and the woman who had "self-love" tattooed on her neck long before it was a hashtag.

I'm trained. I'm certified. I've done 200 hours of yoga teacher training in India, studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and facilitated retreats, festivals, and embodiment experiences across the country.

But what I'm really qualified in is this:

I know what it costs a woman to keep abandoning herself. And I know what it feels like to finally stop.

This work is the result of my own becoming.
